Learning to put in and take out contacts can be overwhelming, but she never made me feel rushed or discouraged. She took the time to answer all of my questions, offered helpful tips, and encouraged me every step of the way.
What stood out most was how far she went above and beyond to help. Her positive attitude, compassion, and willingness to spend extra time with me made all the difference. It's rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so genuinely caring.
